PolyGuttering.co.uk Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the return has been approved your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is showing in your bank account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@polygutter.co.uk or call the office on 0845 257 0051 to notify us and we will do our best to to amend the situation.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you need to return any products you will have seven days from the date of delivery to notify us, email us at sales@polygutter.co.uk The material must be in a sell-able condition. Any bespoke or non stock items may not be able to be returned or may incur a restocking charge. We will notify you at the checkout whether your items are bespoke or a non stock item. This does not affect your statutory rights. Customers can send material back by their own arrangement which will be at their own cost. Material sent back must be secured and packaged for transport as any damages in transit will be liable to the customer. Once the material arrives back with us and is inspected we can issue a credit to the customer. Any damages or unsellable materials will be deducted from your credit. We can arrange collection of the material for an additional charge. If we collect the material, the materiel must be loaded on to the vehicle in the same manner as it was received.
